Mirastone ships across the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During sales and holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping methods & delivery

  • Standard (US): 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options are shown at checkout when available.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and method. Free standard shipping may apply to orders over a set threshold (configure in Shopify Shipping settings).

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support@mirastone.com and we will help locate your order.
